We do not deliver to DOM TOM, Polynesia, Corsica, Switzerland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Azores, Madeira.
2. SHIPPING
Every validated order will be shipped no later than 2 business days. Once the order is sent, the customer will be informed by email.
3. PRESENTATION OF ORDER
The mandated by the company's carrier ULTRA Remediology this once or twice, depending on the destination country the order to the address that was specified by the customer when the order validation:
A presentation for France, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg Two presentations for Belgium
When the recipient is absent despite (the) presentation(s), the carrier will leave a calling card enabling customers to withdraw his order to the place indicated by the carrier. 4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Only products of stock can be added and controlled in a basket. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the choice between a refund or replacement of a product at the same price.
5. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
5.1. If products have received defective or do not comply with the order, the customer must notify within 5 days from receipt of the order, ULTRA remediology by mail (at the address above) by email to contact@ultraremediology.com or via the contact form available on the website http://www.ultraremediology.com. If a product return is requested by ULTRA remedialogy, transport costs will be borne by the company. The client, meanwhile, will be offered a refund or new shipment of products.
5.2. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase of the products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To do this, the client will request from the company ULTRA remedialogy its deadline. If the customer returns the product of its own initiative, any transportation costs will not be reimbursed.
5.3. ULTRA remedialogy can only return the products intact and in their original condition and packaging. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
